Good UX roles are out there. They're just buried.
I get asked for UX roles every week. The honest answer is that the good ones sit on company career pages, and the boards are full of reposts, ghost listings and catch-all titles.
So I check every role myself, write a line on why it's worth your time, and take down anything that closes. If a job isn't worth applying to, it doesn't go up.
